Wow, were do I start with this.The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen.First we ordered a chicken pasta with no onions, of course it arrived with onions, no problem, we reordered.The next one arrived with no onions but also without chicken.We called again and this time we just wanted to let them know that it was wrong again.The General Manager (LACEY or at least that's what she said her name was) basically accused us of lying and she assured us it had chicken in it.So we decided to bring it in so she could see it.She questioned us repeatedly as if this were an interrogation over a $8.00 pasta.She then accused us of making a racist comment toward her, that was an absolute lie and told us to leave her store.This occurred on 8/11/2024 at approximately 8:10 pm, in case some one from Domino's can pull up the camera footage to see the interaction.By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life.We will never utilize this location ever again.We will be reaching out to there corporate location tomorrow to hopefully reach someone that can do something about this.If this is the way a General Manager deals with customer complaints this location is in serious trouble.In my opinion she should definitely be fired.

I ordered a Pasta Primavera with no onions and with chicken, I received my order in time but it had onions in it.I called the store and they sent out another pasta but this time it didn't have chicken in it.I called again and this time they told me that my food did have chicken in it so my husband and I drove to the store to show them that it did not have chicken in it.The first women I spoke to was very nice and they offered to fix it again for me.Afterwards, the manager (Lacey no last name) perceeded to argue with me about which pasta I brought back to the store.I told her I threw the first pasta out when they sent the second pasta but she didn't believe me and insisted on being very confrontational towards my husband.She even tried to pull the race card.Lacey refused to fix the pasta that someone clearly messed up.I have never in my life delt with anyone so unprofessional and rude.She even threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave.We've ordered from this store a lot but they will never get our business ever again.I understand mistakes happen but to be treated as if I did something wrong is incomprehensible.Fort Campbell and Clarksville needs to know about Lacey.She refused to give her last name but she works at the Dominos near Fort Campbell gate 2.She is a rude, disrespectful and nasty general manager.Beware if you come in contact with her.

This place is a constant disappointment and has been for 4+ years.Yes, I know...it's Domino's, shouldn't have had high expectations in the first place.They're the only one in our delivery area, and we've never had a problem with ant of the others.Their delivery always takes a good 30-45 minutes longer than quoted, making the food always be barely warm when it finally gets here.I'm sure it's a management issue, recurring issues over years makes it glaring.Order here with low expectations.Domino's on Fort Campbell blvd... you suck at running a pizza shop.
